Build/Design - Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G has a premium feel with a glass back and aluminum frame. The Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back for extra protection is a plus too. It has two colors in Cosmic Black and Lunar Silver.

A52 and A72 side-by-side

For Samsung Galaxy A72, it has a minimal glasstic back design with a new Haze Matte finish that is resistant to fingerprint smudge and the frame is metal. It comes in Awesome White, Awesome Violet, and Awesome Blue. No mention of Gorilla Glass protection but it does have IP67 water and dust resistance though.

Overall, the Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G has a better design and premium build due to having a glass back and front. In terms of water resistance, Samsung takes the lead with an IP67 rating.

This comparison puts Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G ahead of the Samsung Galaxy A72  in most categories. It has a better display technology, faster CPU/GPU. faster ram and storage, bigger battery, 33W fast charging, and more modern connectivity. It is also more affordable.

Samsung Galaxy A72 5G a few points with Super AMOLED panel, quad-camera setup, bigger selfie sensor, and an In-Display fingerprint sensor. It also has an IP67 rating.
