Attractive specs for a Samsung 5G-ready mid-ranger

The Samsung Galaxy F52 5G is a promising mid-range device featuring a glossy glass-like construction at the back in White and Black colors. In front, it uses a 6.6-inch TFT display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a top-right punch-hole for the 16MP selfie shooter.

Inside, the device is powered by Qualcomm's 2.2GHz 8nm Snapdragon 750G octa-core processor paired with Adreno 619 GPU. This is the same chip found on the PHP 19,990 Galaxy A42 5G in the Philippines.

It is paired with 8GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage via microSD slot up to 1TB, and a 4,500mAh battery with USB-C 25W fast charging support.

For cameras, it has a 64MP main shooter, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 2MP macro, 2MP depth sensor, and an LED flash at the back as well.

This handset also goes with a  side-mounted fingerprint reader, WiFi, 4G LTE apart from 5G, Bluetooth, GPS, and Android 11 OS with One UI 3.1 skin on top.

China price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Samsung Galaxy F52 5G - CNY 1,999 (around PHP 14.8K)

The device is now available for pre-order in China. But, there's no word yet if it will reach other markets.
