Samsung launches Galaxy Tab A7 Lite goes official in PH, priced at PHP 9,490

South Korean mobile maker Samsung today announced the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite in the Philippines.

This is the first affordable tablet of the company in the country since the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019).

With a metal back cover

Samsung said that it is designed for studying remotely, connecting with friends, and or enjoying personal entertainment.

It's a tablet featuring a metal back cover available in Grey or Silver colorways and an 8.7-inch TFT display with WXGA+ 1340 x 800 resolution at 179 ppi and slim bezels for a budget tablet.

Inside, it uses a 2.3GHz octa-core processor with PowerVR GE8320, up to 4GB RAM, up to 64GB storage, and 5,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C Adaptive Fast Charging technology.

The table also features an 8MP main camera with AF, 5MP selfie shooter, stereo speakers, Dolby Audio, WiFi, and an optional 4G LTE connectivity.

Samsung also noted that this tablet running on Android 11 OS works seamlessly with the ecosystem of Galaxy devices. It can even make calls and send or receive messages using the Samsung account on your tablet even when your smartphone is not in reach, copy or past text or images between enabled devices, and many more.
