HONOR Play 5T Pro with Helio G80 processor and 64MP camera now official

In China, the HONOR Play 5T Pro launched quietly with the Helio G80 processor, 64MP main camera, FHD+ screen, and more. It is priced at CNY 1,499.

It has the Helio G80 SoC inside

Design-wise, the HONOR Play 5T Pro features either a Silver or Black back with a vertical camera bump for the dual-sensor setup. It also has a 6.6-inch LCD screen with 2400 x 1080 FHD+ resolution and 339 ppi pixel density. It has extremely thin bezels all around and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.

Inside, it has the 12nm 2.0GHz MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor, Mali-G52 GPU, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support. For cameras, it has a dual-camera setup with 64MP f/1.9 main sensor with PDAF + 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor + LED flash. It also has a 16MP f/2.0 wide selfie sensor. 

It runs Android 10 with Magic UI 4.0. It also has dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and USB-C.

China price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

The HONOR Play 5T Pro is currently available in China in Black and Silver. Local pricing and availability are yet to be confirmed though. We will update you as soon as more information becomes available.
