As a recap, the Fitbit Charge 5 features a 1.04-inch colored screen with Always-On mode and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. There are health features like the Fitbit ECG app support, EDA Scab app support, Stress Management Score, Stress Reflection, SpO2 monitoring, Heart Rate Variability, Breathing Rate, Skin Temperature Tracking, Sleep Score, Sleep Stages, Menstrual Cycle Tracking, Health and Wellness reminders.

Fitness features include Daily Readiness Score, Active Zone Minutes, 24/7 heart rate tracking with PurePulse, Built-in GPS, SmartTrack, Workout Intensity Mao, All-Day Activity Tracking, and Cardio Fitness Level. It also has 20 exercise modes including swimming due to its 50-meter waterproof protection.

For lifestyle features, it has smart notifications, Google Fast Pair support, Sleep Mode, Smart Wake, Do Not Disturb Mode, Fitbit Pay, and up to 7-day battery life.

In terms of the included FREE 6 months of Fitbit Premium, it comes with Calm in-app for Fitbit Premium users.
