Smart partners with JoyRide Superapp to bring services closer to customers

Smart teamed up with JoyRide to bring the former's services closer to customers. In the Superapp, you can now avail of the telco's products.

Customers nationwide can now purchase Smart load without hassle via the Joyride Superapp. On the other hand, customers in Metro Manila can also purchase SIM cards, prepaid load cards, and Smart Bro devices through the JR Mall in the Superapp. This is all made possible though the help of Smart's retail partner, Remitbox.

This adds another channel for Smart subscribers to buy the telco's products and services without the hassle and dangers of going out during the pandemic. Smart, JoyRide, and Remitbox are all excited about the partnership due to the convenience it brings to the customers.

This is a part of Smart's efforts to improve every aspect of its services. The Philippine telco giant continues to expand its 4G LTE and 5G coverage to make sure that its high-speed date can reach every possible part of the country.
