Xiaomi to launch 11T series and 11 Lite 5G NE in the Philippines on October 23!

The slogan "Let The Magic Begin" is the same teaser that Xiaomi used for the European launch of the 11T series suggesting that the said line of smartphones will go official in the country on the above-mentioned date.

To those who missed it, 11T series is the highly-anticipated update of the impressive Mi 10T series last year. It includes the 11T and 11T Pro.

Apart from the 11T series, Xiaomi is also expected to launch the 
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE.

Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE is the more affordable offering of the 3. It features a slim and light design that is just 6.8mm thick and 158 grams light.

For the display, it uses a flat 90Hz AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 10-bit color, Xiaomi TrueColor accuracy, HDR10+ support, Dolby Vision, and a punch-hole for the 20MP selfie camera.

Inside, it is powered by the 6nm 2.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G octa-core processor, Adreno 642L GPU, up to 8GB of RAM, 128GB of expandable storage, 4,250mAh battery with USB-C 33W fast charging.

Behind, the device features a 64MP main shooter 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide-angle camera +5MP f/2.4 3cm-7cm telemacro camera + LED flash.For videos, it has features such as Vlog mode, One-Click AI cinema, Pro Timelapse, and Cinematic Filters.

The device also has stereo speakers, WiFi 6, dual 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and dual SIM slots.

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mi 11T series features tapered edges and a quad-curved back showing a focus on slimness and comfortable usage. Both devices are available in Meteorite Gray, Moonlight White, and Celestial Blue. To note, Meteorite Gray uses a brushed metal finish while the Celestial Blue has a multi-layer colored anti-glare finish.

In front, the two phones pack a 6.67-inch FHD+ flat AMOLED screen with 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. It also has Xiaomi's TrueColor color accuracy technology A+ rating from DisplayMate and Dolby Vision. It also has a punch-hole cutout housing the 16MP f/2.45 selfie shooter.

Under the hood, Xiaomi 11T series have two different processors. First, the Xiaomi 11T will feature the 6nm 3.0GHz MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Ultra octa-core processor while the Xiaomi 11T Pro has the 7nm 2.98GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor. The Xiaomi 11T comes with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The 11T Pro uses up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

For the battery, both devices will feature a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery with graphene for better and faster charging. For the Xiaomi 11T Pro, it will be the first one to have 120W Xiaomi HyperCharge technology with a battery this big. It is touted to charge from 0 to 100 percent in 17 minutes. The Xiaomi 11T will go with a slightly slower 67W Xiaomi Turbo Charging technology that can charge to full in just 36 minutes.

For the cameras, both devices will have a triple camera setup with a 108MP main camera + 120-degree ultra-wide-angle camera + f/2.4 telemacro with 3 to 7cm autofocus.

Xiaomi is also claiming that it has "CineMagic" shooting for videos using features like Magic Zoom with AI assistance, Macroscope video, Audio Zoom, Pro Timelapse, Slow Motion, Cinematic Filters, One-Click AI Cinema, Kaleidoscope mode, Freeze Frame, and Video clone.

For the Xiaomi Mi 11T Pro, it can shoot Pro-grade videos at 8K video resolution with HDR10+ recording.

The device also has
 dual speakers for a true stereo experience tuned by Harman Kardon and with Dolby Atmos Support, WiFi 6, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and dual SIM slots.

The phones run with Android 11-based MIUI 12.5. Xiaomi also promises 3 years of Android OS updates + 4 years of security patches for the 11T series.

There are no details about the local pricing of the phones yet. But, expect it to be lower than their European price.
