TECNO CAMON 18i silently launched in Kenya with Helio G85, 90Hz display

TECNO's CAMON 18 series was released last month. Today, the company silently releases the CAMON 18i being the latest handset from the series.

The new budget smartphone from the CAMON 18 series!

Just like its siblings, the CAMON 18i is an affordable device with a gray-colored back cover that has triple gray stripes design found on the right side. There are also three rear cameras and LED flash and a fingerprint sensor that can be seen based on the images.

Back design and box of the phone

The smartphone uses a 6.6-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate for a smooth viewing experience. 

Inside it is running the 12nm MediaTek Helio G85 octa-core processor and Mali-G52 GPU. It is also then paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB for storage.

Also, the CAMON series is also known for having a huge battery, this handset is no exception as it got 5,000mAh and supports 18W fast charging.

For cameras, like we have mentioned above, the CAMON 18i has triple rear cameras with 48MP as the main sensor, 13MP for ultrawide angle shooter, and a 2MP depth camera.

The phone supports LTE on both SIM cards and comes pre-installed with Android 11 OS.

The smartphone is now available for sale in Kenya. However, we have no information for its availability here in the Philippines.
