A new futuristic-looking machine!

This device features a 17.3-inch panel with a  2560 x 1920 resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio. When folded, it transforms into two 12.5-inch screens with 1920 x 1280 resolution and a 3:2 aspect ratio. This also has 100 percent DCI-P3, Dolby Vision support, and Pantone validation.

This is similar to the concept of the ThinkPad X1 Fold, but with more screen real estate.

ASUS also added color and ambient light sensors to automatically adjust the display brightness and calibrate colors.

This design will allow the users to enjoy plenty of form factors for different scenarios like the laptop (on-screen or with keyboard), PC, tablet, book, and extend modes.

On laptop mode, you can use it with or without the attachable keyboard. With the keyboard, it'll look like a traditional laptop. On PC mode, it has an integrated dark green faux-leather kickstand to allow its users to use its full 17.3-inch screen. On tablet mode, you simply don't use the kickstand. In book mode, you can fold it like a book if you don't need a larger screen. Extend mode will allow its users to utilize the full portrait display with the wireless keyboard.

According to ASUS, this foldable design is durable and the hinged has been tested for at least 30,000 bends to ensure that it will last for a long time.

For specs, it is quite capable too. The device is boasting up to 12th Gen Intel Core i7 U Series processor, Intel Iris Xe graphics, up to 16GB RAM, up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD, 75WHr battery, USB-C 65W PD charging, 5MP camera for video calling with ASUS 3DNR technology, HD infrared camera with Intel visual sensing controller and Windows Hello, 4x speakers with Smart Amp for 3.5x louder volume, Harman Kardon, and Dolby Atmos audio.

It also has the ultraslim 5.5mm ASUS ErgoSense Bluetooth keyboard with 1.4mm long key travel and Bluetooth 5.1 tech.

For ports, it has a 2x Thunderbolt 4 and 3.5mm audio combo jack.

ASUS has yet to reveal its availability details and pricing. But, this is one of the most exciting devices that has been revealed recently.

Hopefully, ASUS will introduce this device in the Philippines as well.
