Samsung announced the 5nm Exynos 1280 chipset

As a rundown, it is a 5nm EUV chipset with 8 cores broken down into 2x 2.4GHz Cortex-A78 and 6x 2.0GHz Cortex-A55. It also has the Mali-G68 GPU and a 4.3 TOPS AI Engine with NPU. In terms of connectivity, it has dual-band WiFi and 5G NR Sub-6GHz + 5G NR mmWave 1.

It can support up to a single 108MP sensor or 3x 16MP sensors. It can also support FHD+ 120Hz screens, LPDDR4X RAM, UFS 2.2 storage, Bluetooth 5.2, FM Radio Rx, quad-constellation multi-signal for L1 and L5 GNSS.

It will be first seen in the Samsung Galaxy S33, Galaxy A53, and Galaxy M33.
