Infinix outs NOTE 12 5G Series with up to 108MP main camera!

Fast-rising mobile player Infinix earlier introduced the two newest members of its NOTE-line—the NOTE 12 5G and NOTE 12 Pro 5G. These are the first NOTE-branded phone from the company with next-generation 5G connectivity.

Two new affordable 5G-ready smartphones from Infinix!

Both phones feature a modern boxy design in Force Black or Snowfall colorways and a 6.7-inch true-color AMOLED screen FHD+ with 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 100000:1 color contrast ratio, 92 percent screen-to-body ratio, and a notch for 16MP selfie camera.

Inside, the phones are also using the same chip—the 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

Infinix NOTE 12 5G is paired with 6GB RAM + 3GB virtual RAM while the Pro version has 8GB + 5GB RAM that supports up to 20 apps running at the same time.

The two phones also have a 5,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 33W quick charge.

To keep the performance in check, Infinix added a 9-Layer Cooling System with graphene up to 5 degrees Celsius in temperature reduction.

For cameras, the NOTE 12 5G is boasting a 50MP main camera with 2MP depth and AI Lens helpers.

Back and front design

Meanwhile, the NOTE 12 Pro 5G is using the more powerful 108MP f/1.75 Samsung S5KHM6 sensor with a 1/1.67-inch sensor size and 1.92μm unit pixel size which improves overall image quality even in low light. It also has a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth shooter.

For software, the phones run with Android 12-based XOS 10.6 skin with the Dar-Link 2.0 software optimization that uses AI to optimize temperature, battery, and memory during gameplay.

The company also uses the SMART 5G technology to reduce the power consumption of smartphones by up to 20 percent which improves the days of usage time by 4 hours.

Completing the specs, the two also have a side-mounted fingerprint reader and stereo speakers with DTS sound.
