narzo is coming!

narzo will go official in the Philippines as its own unique entity soon!

During the launch, the brand introduce two new members of the narzo 50 series in the Philippines on July 14 via Facebook and LazLive. These are 5G-ready mid-range smartphones.

In particular, the two new smartphones that the brand will bring here are the narzo 50 5G and the narzo 50 Pro 5G.

We are beyond excited to announce narzo's official arrival in the local market, says Allen Yin, the Country Manager for narzo PH.

This is the very first time that narzo will be its own unique entity, and not just a smartphone series under the realme brand. Out of the six other countries in Southeast Asia wherein narzo is present, we specifically chose to launch it first in the Philippines because of how well-received our earlier models have been in the past two years.

According to the company, narzo will bring game-changing entry-level and mid-range products to the local scene.

To those who missed it, the narzo 50 5G will likely be the more affordable model.

The device is boasting a boasting sleek Kevlar-inspired back design in Hyper Blue or Hyper Black colorways, and a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate.

Inside is the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.2 expandable storage, 5,000mAh battery capacity with USB-C 33W Dart Charge.

The handset also has a 48MP f/1.79 main camera and a 2MP f/2.4 B&W portrait sensor plus an LED flash. For selfies, it is using an 8MP f/2.0 camera. It measures 163.8 x 75.1 x 8.1 and weighs 190 grams.

Next is the more powerful narzo 50 Pro 5G. The device is also boasting a sleek back design reminding us of the realme 9 Pro+ but in different colors like Hyper Blue or Hyper Black.

In front, the handset is using a  6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, up to 1,000 nits brightness, an In-Display fingerprint reader with heart rate monitor, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

Under the hood, you will find a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC, Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.2 expandable storage (via microSD), and a large 5,000mAh battery with USB-C 33W fast charge.

The handset also has a 48MP f/1.79 main camera, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera, and 2MP f/2.4 4cm macro camera with an LED flash.

For selfies, it goes with a
16MP f/2.4 snapper.

The phone also has the Smart 5G Power Saving Technology, which senses the surrounding signal environment and intelligently switches between 4G and 5G, allowing the reduction of the smartphone’s power consumption by up to 30 percent.

The phone measures 160.2 x 73.3 x 99 mm and weighs 181 grams.

There is no word about their official local price tags yet.
