vivo Y77 5G w/ Dimensity 810 unveiled in Malaysia
vivo announced a new phone in Malaysia that will join the Y-series and is called the Y77 5G.

vivo Y77 5G announced!
The phone sports a dewdrop notch display design on its front, while at the back you'll see Vivo's traditional rear design and is available in two colorways—Starlight Black and Glowing Galaxy.
It has a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ 1080 x 2408 resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
The unit is also equipped with a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Alongside that, it has 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of expandable memory. You can also run more apps using the virtual RAM of up to 4GB.

Powering the smartphone will be the 5,000mAh battery and is coupled with an 18W fast charger.
On the camera side, it has 50MP for the main followed by a 2MP macro helper and LED flash. As for the selfies, it is using 16MP shooter.
Other features are a side-mounted fingerprint reader for the device's security.
For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and USB-C.
As for the software, the vivo Y77 5G runs Android 12 with Funtouch OS 12 skin on top.

For now, it is only available in Malaysia via Shopee and Lazada online stores. We will still have to wait if they will be coming to the Philippines.
