1. Lightweight and eye-catching design - The new smartphone is made of a combination of glass and premium polycarbonate. This makes it premium-looking and solid-feeling while being only 173 grams.

It also comes in either Black, Lite Pink, or Lite Green.

2. Balanced specs - Key specs of the Xiaomi 12 Lite include the 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G octa-core processor, Adreno 642L GPU, LPDDR4X RAM, and UFS 2.2 storage. These combinations of specs managed to produce an AnTuTu score of 518,960. While in GeekBench, it scored 783 in single-core tests and 2980 in multi-core tests.

3. Stunning display - It is equipped with a 120Hz 6.55-inch Gorilla Glass 5-protected AMOLED screen. Out of the box, the image produced is bright, vibrant, and crisp. It is readable under direct sun and the colors just pop.

The panel supports 10-point multitouch that is responsive and accurate. Lastly, it is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

It is also one of the few with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision at the same time.

4. Capable rear cameras - Xiaomi gave the Xiaomi 12 Lite a 32MP f/2.45 selfie camera and a rear camera module made up of a 108MP f/1.9 main camera Samsung HM2 sensor with PDAF, and an 8MP f/2.2 119-degree ultra-wide angle camera, 2MP f/2.4 macro camera with an LED flash.

5. Powerhouse battery - Powering the device is a 4,300mAh battery with 67W Turbo charging. It managed to last for 11 hours and 46 minutes in the PCMark battery test and in our two weeks with it, it managed to consistently last for more than 6 hours of onscreen time.
