Remember the MEGABOOK T1 teased last month? TECNO on Lazada revealed its official PH launch date and leaks its starting local price tag.

The new bang-for-the-buck Windows budget laptop?

According to the listing, the promising device will exclusively launch on the said online shopping platform on September 9, 2022 (9.9 sale) with a starting price tag of PHP 25,990.

To recap, the TECNO MEGABOOK T1 is a highly attractive laptop boasting a premium aluminum metal casing with a 14.8 mm slim design and 1.48 kg weight. It is available in Space Grey, Rome Mint, Monet Violet, and Champagne Gold colorways.

It also has a 15.6-inch LCD (IPS) FHD screen with Eye Comfort Vivid Display mode, 100 percent sRGB color gamut, and 350 nits brightness.

Keyboard, touchpad,and speakers

For specs, the device is using the 10th Gen Intel Core i5-1035G7 processor, 8GB/512GB, 12GB/512GB, or 16GB/1TB memory configuration, and 70WHr battery with up to 17.5 hours battery life and 65W GaN fast charger.

The laptop also has a 2MP Privacy Camera, Fingerprint power button, Stereo speakers, dual mic, Starry backlit keyboard, WiFi 6, 2x USB-C, 1x USB 3.1, 1x USB 3.0, HDMI, microSD card, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a Kensington lock.

The price tags for the rest of the variants are yet to be revealed. But, this is one of the most attractive laptops we've seen on paper so far.

This could be an option if The Department of Education (DepEd) is looking to buy new laptops for teachers that are not overpriced.
