HONOR X40 GT w/ Snapdragon 888, 50MP main camera now official!

The HONOR X40 GT was just unveiled with a large FHD+ 144Hz display, Snapdragon 888, and a 50MP main camera. This comes after a teaser a few days ago.

The Racing Black with green neon accents looks great too!

In terms of design, the highlighted colorway comes in Black with Neon Green accents. It has a big circular camera island with three sensors. It also has a black racing stripe-like line in the middle of the back with a carbon fiber-like pattern. It also boasts a special 13-layer 3D cooling system with 8 layers of high-performance graphite to increase heat dissipation.

In front, it has a 6.81-inch TFT LCD screen with a 2388 x 1080 FHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and a punch-hole cutout for the 16MP f/2.45 selfie camera. Inside, it has the Snapdragon 888 5G octa-core processor, Adreno 660 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB UFS 3. storage, and a 4,800mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

For cameras, it is a triple-sensor setup with a 50MP f/1.8 main + 2MP f/2.4 depth + 2MP f/2.4 macro with LED flash.

It runs Android 12 with Magic UI 6.1 on top. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, WiFi 6, 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.2, HONOR Histen 7.0 sound, and USB-C.

The HONOR X40 GT is available in Racing Black, Phantom Night Black, and Titanium Empty Silver. Local prices and availability are yet to be confirmed. We will update you as soon as we get more information.
