OPPO A77s unveiled with SD680, 90Hz display!

OPPO unveiled today the A77s with a 6nm chipset, high refresh rate display, and colorful design.

OPPO A77s is now official!

The design is also strikingly similar to the OPPO A77. However, it appeared in Sunset Orange which has an exclusive Fibreglass cover but there's also the Starry Black colorway but won't have it. While upfront, it uses a dewdrop notch on the screen.

Its display will be a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits of peak brightness. It's also protected by what they call "Panda Glass".

The features

Inside it is using 6nm 2.4GHz Snapdragon 680 SoC with Adreno 610 GPU. The phone is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage. The RAM can also be extended by up to 5GB using internal storage.

The handset is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and can charge using USB-C and 33W fast charger.

Dual cameras at the back

For cameras, the device uses 50MP for the main sensor coupled with a 2MP monochrome shooter and an LED flash. On the other hand, it is 8MP for selfies.

Other features mentioned were the Dual Ultra Linear Stereo Speakers with Dirac audio, 3.5mm headphone jack, and IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

For connectivity, it uses 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5,0, GPS, and dual SIM (nano) support.

The phone runs on Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1.

Currently, it is only available in Thailand through its online retailers. We will still have to hear from OPPO if they will be coming to the Philippines.
