Originally announced globally back in September, the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds II is now available at Bose stores and authorized dealers nationwide. It was up for pre-order a week before with a discounted price thru the brand's website.

Bose claims that it offers the world's best noise cancellation and it comes with CustomTune technology. CustomTune sound calibration technology calibrates the audio and noise cancellation precisely to the acoustic properties of your ear canals. It does this every time the user plugs them into their ears using the start-up sound. 

The earphones and charging case are made of high-quality polycarbonate while the stability bands and ear tips are made of silicone rubber. Each bud is IPX4 water resistance rated.

Inside the box are two Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II, 3 pairs of ear tips (S, M, L), three pairs of stability bands, a charging case, a USB-A to USB-C cable, and documentation. 

Outer packaging

Each bud measures 1.2 x 0.68 x 0.88 inches and weighs 0.22 oz each while the charging case measures 2.61 x 2.34 x 1.05 inches and weighs 2.11 oz. Compared to the previous generation, the new model is 30 percent smaller.

Each bud is rated for up to 6 hours of playtime and can be charged three more times with the included charging case. It takes one hour to fully charge an earbud while the charging case will take three hours to fill up. It supports quick charging where 20 minutes of charging will yield 2 hours of playtime.

The buds feature 4 microphones for noise cancellation and connect to other devices via Bluetooth 5.3 and have a range of 30 feet. Powering the device is the Qualcomm S5 Audio SoC.

The companion Bose Music app is available for download from the Apple AppStore and Google Play store. This is where the user can set the earbuds up and where the user can control the settings and EQ.

Lastly, it comes in either triple black or soapstone colorways.

It is now available for purchase in the Philippines for PHP 19,500.
