Globe Telecom said it completed restoration works in 29 provinces affected by the Severe Tropical Storm Paeng.

Globe network restored in more provinces
The telco's customers can now access Globe's services in the following Luzon provinces: Albay, Batangas, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Cavite, Laguna, Marinduque, Masbate, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Quezon, Romblon, Rizal, and Sorsogon.
Globe services are now up in these Visayas provinces: Aklan, Antique, Bohol, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo, Leyte, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Northern Samar, Siquijor, Southern Leyte, and Western Samar.
Restoration works in Cebu, meanwhile, are near 100 percent completion.
We have managed to restore our services in several provinces shortly after the storm left the Philippines. As the weather gets better and roads clear up, our field personnel are able to reach more areas to give back to our customers reliable connectivity at the soonest possible time, said Yoly Crisanto, Globe Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer.
Globe also said it extended relief assistance to affected communities, including free connectivity and medical aid.
The FREE call and charging stations were made available in Capiz, Marinduque, and Tuguegarao City. Until tomorrow, Nov. 4, residents of Barangay Pabong, Buenavista, Quezon can connect to their loved ones with Globe's free telco services.
The company also urged its subscribers to donate to the communities through its rewards points
