HONOR unveils the HONOR 80 GT, the company's new gaming variant for its 80 series of smartphones.

Another 80-series smartphone!
It features a 6.67-inch curved OLED with a 2400 x 1080 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1,400 nits peak brightness, and a 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
Inside, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with a new-gen Adreno GPU, 12GB/16GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and a 4,800mAh battery with a 66W SuperCharge fast charging via USB-C.
At the back are the 54MP f/1.9 primary camera, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera and a 2MP f/2.4 macro camera with an LED flash. While a 16MP f/2.4 selfie camera is in front.
Other features include Dual SIM support, an In-display fingerprint scanner, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS.
It is running on Android 12-based MagicOS 7.
The phone measures 162.5 x 75.3 x 7.9mm and weighs 187 grams. It will come in either Meteor Blue, White or Interstellar Black.
The new device was revealed alongside HONOR Pad V8 Pro.

It will be available for purchase in China this January 1, 2023. There is no word yet on International or Philippine pricing and availability.
