HONOR Magic Vs is coming to the Philippines!

It is touted as the lightest foldable smartphone yet!

To recap, HONOR Magic Vs features a slimmer body at just 12.9mm thin when folded and weighs just 261 g. It is currently touted as the "lightest foldable smartphone" in the market according to HONOR. The phone's symmetrical design includes a seamless, gearless hinge created using a single casting process, ensuring that there are no haps. The firm claims that when unfurled, the screen will be "creaseless."

The outer screen is a 6.45-inch OLED display with 2560 x 1080 FHD+ resolution, a refresh rate of 120Hz, eye protection at 1920 Hz high-frequency PWM, support for HDR10+, 1.07 billion colors, 100 percent DCI-P3 wide color gamut, and a maximum brightness of 1200 nits.

It sports a 7.9-inch OLED screen that is unfolded, with a resolution of 2272 x 1984, a 10.3:9 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of 90Hz. 1.07 billion colors, HDR10+, 100 percent DCI-P3 broad color gamut, 1920Hz high-frequency PWM eye protection, and up to 800 nits peak brightness.

Inside, it has the 3.2GHz Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 octa-core processor, next-gen Adreno GPU, up to 16GB RAM, up to 512GB storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, infrared sensor, WiFi 6, 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, dual-band GPS, NFC, USB-C audio, stereo speakers with IMAX Enhanced, DTS:X Ultra Algorithm, and a 3-MIC Stereo Voice Reception.

For cameras, it features a triple-camera setup with a 50MP f/1.8 Sony IMX800 sensor + 50MP f/2.0 ultra-wide-angle sensor + 8MP f/2.4 3x Optical Zoom Camera with LED flash. It also has a 16MP f/2.45 front camera. It also uses the HONOR Image Engine powered by AI.

The HONOR Magic Vs will be available in Orange, Cyan, and Black. It is slated to arrive in the Philippines very soon. We will update you once the pricing and exact date of availability becomes confirmed.
