Redmi releases K60 Pro w/ 2K 12-bit AMOLED screen, SD8G2 chip, and 50MP Sony IMX800 cam!

Xiaomi today launched the K60 Series in China. The top-end variant is the K60 Pro boasting high-end specs at a premium mid-range price tag.

Highlights of the device

The Redmi K60 Pro is a beautiful-looking handset featuring 6.67-inch 2K 12-bit 120Hz AMOLED screen, 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor with New Adreno GPU, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, up to 512GB UFS 4.0 internal storage, and 5,000mAh battery capacity, 120W fast charging via USB-C, and 30W fast wireless charging.

Keeping the temperature in check is the 6933mm² cooling area + 5000mm² large VC liquid cooling area cooling system of the phone.

As a result, the device can achieve an AnTuTu benchmark score of 1,350,526, one of the highest today.

For cameras, it is using a large 1/1.49-inch 50MP f/1.88 Sony IMX800 sensor with OIS + EIS, MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro shooter for a 2023 "flagship killer". In front, it is equipped with a  16MP selfie camera.

The rest of the specs include WiFi 6E, IR Blaster, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio, and Android 13 OS with MIUI 14 skin.
