Overall, for PHP 27,999, the OPPO Reno8 5G is a clear step up over the Reno7 5G. The design looks minimalistically stunning and the performance speed jump is truly noticeable.

In addition, it has really fast charging and very good back and front premium Sony cameras.

It even has the TÜV SÜD 36-Month Fluency Rating A rating ensuring that the device will perform smoothly for 3 years.

However, note that the competition is steep in the sub-PHP 30K range. This phone may have a hard time in terms of specs against heavy hitters like the POCO F4 GT, realme GT Neo3, and Nothing Phone 1. But from what we can see, it can win against the vivo V23 5G, Samsung Galaxy A73, and others.

Nonetheless, comparison aside, this OPPO Reno8 is a well-rounded 5G device. If you have the budget for it and do you like what it offers? Why not?
