OPPO F23 5G launched: SD695, 120Hz display and microscope camera!

OPPO announced a new smartphone that looks like a renamed Reno8 T 5G with subtle changes in design, screen, battery, and camera.

The phone uses a familiar design except it now appears in a Gold colorway and Black variant. The material used at the back also looked plastic versus the faux leather on the Reno8 T 5G.

At the front, it uses a 6.72-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, and 91.4 percent screen-to-body ratio.

Inside, it is equipped with a 6nm Snapdragon 695 octa-core processor with Adreno 619 GPU, 8GB RAM + 8GB Virtual, and 256GB storage.

For battery, the phone now has a 5,000mAh capacity with USB-C 67W fast charger.

For cameras, instead of 108MP, the main sensor is toned down to 64MP and it is accompanied by a 2MP depth shooter and 2MP microlens with up to 20x or 40x microscopic zoom.

Meanwhile, the selfie shooter uses 32MP f/2.4 camera.

Other features noted are the side-mounted fingerprint reader and the 3.5mm audio jack.

Connectivity wise it has 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and dual SIM support.

For OS, the phone runs Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1 skin on top.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

It is now available for pre-order on Amazon India, OPPO online store, and offline store. However, there's no official statement yet for PH availability.
