Sony Xperia 1 V launched!

The phone's main spotlight is the new Exmor T for mobile stacked sensor which is claimed to take low-light photography to greater heights.

The primary 52MP 1/1.35-inch 2-layer Transistor Pixel stack CMOS image with OIS, and EIS is 1.7x bigger than the predecessor. Sony boldly says that this will produce a noise-resistant photo with a wider dynamic range equivalent to a full-frame camera.

Apart from that it is accompanied by the 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide shooter and another 12MP f/2.3 telephoto lens with 3.5-5x optical zoom and 15.6x hybrid zoom, ZEISS T* coating, real-time eye AF, real-time tracking and 4K video recording.
