Canon introduces its new compact vlogging camera that weighs less than a can of soda in a compact credit card wallet-like form factor.

Affordable Vlogging-focused camera?

At first glance, it looks like a compact voice recorder with a camera. But upon closer inspection, you will notice the flip-out LCD screen and a flip-out kickstand. In front is the large 19mm equivalent focal length with the record button below it.

The V10 features a 1-inch sensor, a DIGIC X processor, and a 6.6mm or 19mm (35mm equivalent) f/2.8 lens. The lens has a minimum focusing distance of 5cm. It has 31 AF points and supports both One-Shot AF for still and Movie Servo AF for movies.

It has an ISO range of 125 to 12,800 and a shutter speed range of 1/2000 to 1.0 for stills or 1/4000-1/25 for video. It saves the photos and video to a single UHS-1 microSD card slot.

At the back is the 460,000-dot 2-inch flip touch screen. For connectivity, it has WiFi, Bluetooth, USB-C, an external microphone-in, and a micro HDMI type-D port.

The camera is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery that charges thru the USB-C port.

At the back are the directional buttons, and the metal kickstand.

The camera measures 63.4 x 90.0 x 34.3 and weighs 211 grams.

Lastly, it comes in either Black or Silver colorways.
