HONOR MagicPad 13 tablet launched: SD888, IMAX enhanced display, 8-speakers w/ Spatial Audio!

HONOR launches a new tablet under the high-end Magic Series lineup aka MagicPad 13.

HONOR MagicPad 13 launched!

To start, the big screen device comes in a sleek metallic form factor that measures 6.4mm thick and weighs 660g only.

At the front, it boasts its main highlight which is the large 13-inch 2.8K 2880 x 1840 LCD (IPS) panel with 144Hz refresh rate, ultra-clear IMAX enhanced screen, with a color accuracy of Delta E < 1, 700 nits max brightness, HDR10 support and 90 percent screen to body ratio.

Comes with an optional folio case/Keyboard and Stylus

Inside, it is powered by the 2.84GHz 5nm Snapdragon 888 octa-core chip with Adreno 660 GPU. It is paired with 8/12/16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage options.

The tab's battery has 10,050mAh capacity and charges using USB-C and 66W HONOR SuperCharge.

In terms of cameras, it has 13MP f/2.0 with AF at the back and a 9MP f/2.2 fixed focus selfie snapper at the front.

Another feature noted is the industry's first bare-ear 3D spatial audio via its eight speaker-level subwoofers to provide users immersive listening experience.

For connectivity, it comes with WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS.

On the software side, the tab runs Android 13 with MagicOS 7.2 skin on top.

HONOR MagicPad 13 12GB/256GB - CNY 3,299 (around PHP 25.1K)

HONOR MagicPad 13 16GB/256GB - USD 554 (around PHP 28.1K)

The device is going to be available first in China starting July 20. No word yet for HONOR PH if they will bring this here. We will update you once it arrives in the country.
