Tekpone online store posted that the RED MAGIC 8S Pro is coming soon in the Philippines.

RED MAGIC 8S Pro is coming soon in PH!

To recap, the phone boasts a transparent gamery design with RGB fan at the back, 120Hz 6.8-inch FHD+ OLED, 960Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit colors, 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 1440Hz PWM high-frequency dimming, DC dimming and up to 1,300 nits of peak brightness.

Inside, the device has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 an overclock variant with frequencies of 3.36GHz and 4nm design. On the GPU department, the new-gen Adreno gets boosted to 719MHz from 680MHz.

It also features the Redcore R2 dedicated gaming chip that will give a boost to gaming performance. It is paired with  8/12/24GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. 

For the battery, it has a 6,000mAh capacity and charges using USB-C + 80W power brick.

In the camera department, the phone uses 50MP Samsung S5KGN5 primary shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and 2MP macro camera. For selfies, the two have 16MP front-facing cameras.

Other features noted are the iconic 520Hz triggers, ICE 12.0 cooling system apart from the built-in fan, 3.5mm audio jack, 3 microphone setup, and dual X-axis linear motors.

For connectivity, Red Magic noted they have WiFi 7 and 5G.

For OS, the phone runs Android 13 with a Red Magic interface.

As of the moment, there's no hint of price and availability in the Philippines yet. But since Tekpone has posted the teasers, it is definitely just around the corner.
