iPhone 15 and 15 Pro series are coming soon in PH via Digital Walker, Beyond the Box, Globe, and Smart, starting at PHP 56,990!

Announced last month, now, the iPhone 15 lineup is coming soon in the Philippines via Digital Walker, Beyond the Box, Globe, and Smart.

The iPhone 15 and 15 Pro series are coming soon in PH!

The main highlight of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max made waves upon announcing the first usage of titanium material for an iPhone. The said material is merged with an aluminum frame to make it "more durable". While it will come with Natural Titanium, Blue Titanium, White Titanium, and Black Titanium colorways.

Another highlight would be the new Apple A17 Pro chip with 6 cores on both CPU and GPU, a 16-core Neural Engine, and 19 billion transistors in total.

When it comes to the display, the screen size of the new iPhone 15 Pro is 6.1 inches, while the display size of the iPhone 15 Pro Max is 6.7 inches. Both panels are Super Retina XDR OLED displays that enable 120Hz ProMotion, Extreme HDR, and the new Standby AOD for helpful information display.

Globe's announcement

For screen resolution, the iPhone 15 Pro has 2556 x 1179 while the Pro Max has a higher 2796 x 1290 both at 460 ppi. They also have Trune Tone, Haptic touch, 2K nits peak brightness, and Ceramic Shield protection on the glass.

Another upgrade is the 48MP f/1.68 primary sensor with 2.44 µm pixels, 100 percent Focus Pixels, and 2nd-gen sensor shift-OIS. The main cam also supports 24,28 and 35mm focal lengths and now you can also select the default lens.

The second camera is a 12MP f/2.2 13mm ultra-wide angle with macro capability.

When it comes to the third sensor, the iPhone 15 Pro variant uses 12MP f/1.78 77mm 3x telephoto. The Pro Max uses a better 12MP f/2.2 5x telephoto camera with tetra-prism so you can shoot up to 120mm range.

Both are equipped with the TrueDepth Camera system with a 12MP f/1.9 aperture camera with Autofocus with Focus Pixels and up to 4K 60fps video recording.

Moving forward there's also the much simpler iPhone 15 and 15 Plus. Both feature aerospace-grade aluminum material and are available in Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Pink colorways. While also featuring an IP68 water and dust resistance rating.

At the front, the base iPhone 15 has a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED with 2556 x 1179. The Plus version uses a bigger 6.7-inch 2796 x 1920 resolution. Both are at 460 ppi and at 2,000 nits of max brightness.

These iPhones also use the Dynamic Island feature for more interactive alerts, activities, and more.

Inside, is the 4nm Apple A16 Bionic chip with 6-core CPU, 5-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine. Both devices will have 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage variants.

For battery, the iPhone 15 can last up to 20 hours of video playback, while the Plus version can do up to 26 hours instead while both support 20W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

As for cameras, they have a 48MP f/1.6 main shooter with 100 percent Focus Pixels and sensor-shift OIS + 24MP and 48MP super high-resolution photos and 2x digital telephoto with 12MP f/1.6 52mm focal equivalent. The second camera is a 12MP f/2.4 120-degree ultra-wide sensor.

It also has the same ability to take Portrait shots without the need to switch to Portrait mode all the time with focus and depth control that you can edit even after taking the shots. It also has a Smart HDR to better capture both the sky and your subject.

For selfies, you will find the 12MP f/1.9 TrueDepth Camera.
