Nubia has added a new smartphone under the Z50 lineup, this time, it's the Z50s featuring interesting hardware.
The first thing to notice is its large squarish camera island at the back while the rest are in simple Black cover.
At the front, the phone uses a 6.67-inch flexible curved screen although the type of panel is not mentioned. It has 2400 x 1080 Full HD+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and 1,000 nits of brightness so you can have a clear view even under sunlight.
Inside, it is powered by the 3.2GHz 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor with New Adreno. It is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and two storage options of 256GB or 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
When it comes to the battery, it has 5,000mAh that charges using USB-C and 80W fast charger.
For cameras, the phone uses a 64MP 35mm Sony IMX 787 sensor, another 50MP AF ultra-wide angle + macro shooter, and a multi-channel spectral sensor. You can also notice mini-ring light LED flash as well. For selfies, the phone uses a 16MP shooter.
Other features are a 3.5mm audio jack and a linear motor for haptic feedback.
Connecitivity-wise, it has 5G, 4G, WiFi 6E (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and GPS.
Unfortunately, ZTE didn't mention the Android version but it is likely to have the Android 13 or 14.
