Redmi Buds 5 launched in PH: 12.4mm Dynamic Driver, 46dB ANC, PHP 1,599 intro price

The new Redmi Buds 5 is a budget buds boasting improved audio quality and active noise-canceling technology.

Buds inside the case

The device highlights an IP54-protected body in Black, White, and Sky Blue colorways with a large 12.4mm dynamic driver with a titanium diaphragm and 32 ohms impedance as well as has 2 microphones with voice enhancement for ENC AI noise call reduction. It even has a wind noise reduction of 6m/s.

Great sound for the price

For ANC, it has up to 46dB to effectively block unwanted outside noise. It also has 3 ANC modes: Light, Balanced, and Deep which you can use depending on your preference and what the environment requires.

In terms of connectivity, the device connects with Bluetooth 5.3. It also has the Google Fast Pair and dual-device connection. The codecs supported are SBC and AAC. It works with Android, iOS, Windows, and other devices supporting Bluetooth audio playback. 

For battery, each bud can last up to 10 hours on a single charge. With its case, it can last for a total of up to 40 hours.
