ALL TV, ABS-CBN sign partnership
Advanced Media Broadcasting System (AMBS) and ABS-CBN Corporation announced the signing of their partnership to air some of the latter’s shows on ALL TV.
ALL TV will host the airing of nostalgic Kapamilya shows under the Jeepney TV brand and likewise simulcast the longest-running primetime newscast in the country, TV Patrol, the conpanies said in a joint statement.
The shows will start airing on May 13 in different timeslots, including primetime.
The new partnership seeks to deliver enjoyable, enriching, and informative content to audiences via ALL TV available on Channel 2 on free TV, cable and setellite TV nationwide, the statement read.
To recall, ABS-CBN’s television
frequencies were awarded to other companies including AMBS after the Kapamilya network failed to renew its franchise in 2020.
ABS-CBN was replaced by ALL TV on Channel 2 in 2022.
Currently, ABS-CBN airs it shows through various channels/modes. Prior to its deal with ALL TV, another remarkable partnership was the airing of noontime show It’s Showtime on GMA-7.
