Moondrop, a brand known for making headphones is set to make a smartphone with HiFi capabilities.
The said product comes with a model name MIAD 01 which is going to be a music-focused smartphone. Based on the brand's teasers, it's going to feature a 6.7-inch FHD curved OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1920Hz PWM dimming.
The main spotlight would be the implementation of 2 audio jacks. Fans can expect a 4.4mm fully balanced jack and 3.5mm single-ended audio output.
Moondrop also claims it is going to feature a "flagship decoding chip" for this unique device to provide a truly HiFi sound quality for its listeners.
Although the brand has posted on X that it will use a 2.6GHz 6nm Dimensity 7050 8-core chip, 12GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 expandable storage.
Furthermore, it will have a gold-sinking independent audio circuit and an independent LDO power supply.
So far these are only the available information. Details like the battery, cameras, price, and launch date are still unknown.
