Among the highlights here is the 50MP Light Fusion 800 image sensor with f/1.63 bright aperture and 25mm focal length and OIS.

It is paired with another 50MP 2x telephoto portrait shooter with a 50mm lens f/1.98 aperture + 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide snapper with a 120-degree field of view or 15mm lens.

The phone also has image processing and incorporates a number of Leica-inspired styles and filters, including LUTs.

Xiaomi also brought here some elements of the 14 series such as the 6.67-inch quad-curved LTPO OLED screen with 1-120Hz refresh rate, 12-bit colors, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 3,000nits max brightness, 2,160Hz PWM dimming and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Meanwhile, there's a dual 32MP f/2.0 Samsung S5K3D2 + 32MP 100-degree FOV shooter for selfies. Moreover, it also has an In-Display fingerprint scanner for added security.

Inside, it is powered by the 3.0GHz Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 octa-core chip, up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. There's also a Xiaomi Pascal T1 chip for improved WiFi, Bluetooth, data (4G/5G) and GPS connectivity.'

For battery, it has a 4,700mAh capacity with 67W USB-C wired charging. It also has 1,600 charging cycles which the brand claims will retain 80 percent of battery health after 4.3 years.

Other features noted are stereo speakers with Hi-Res, Dolby Atmos support, and Large VC cooling to keep the temperature in check.

Finally, the phone runs Android 14 with HyperOS skin on top.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

Xiaomi 14 Civi 8GB/256GB - INR 42,999 (around PHP 30.1K)
Xiaomi 14 Civi 12GB/512GB - INR 47,999 (around PHP 33.6K)

Currently, the phone is available via Xiaomi's website in India. No word yet if it will come to the Philippines. There's a rumor it might be released as a 14T series in the country.
