OPPO taps SEVENTEEN's BSS for OPPO Reno12 Series 5G, announces exclusive gifts for fans!

OPPO says fans of K-pop supergroup SEVENTEEN can catch exclusive gifts if they purchase the Reno12 Series 5G.

Access OPPO's AI Eraser and AI Studio

Chinese tech giant OPPO has once again tapped BSS, a subunit from K-pop group SEVENTEEN, for the brand’s Reno12 Series 5G.

Previously, OPPO worked with BSS, comprising members HOSHI, DK, and SEUNGKWAN, for its Reno11 F. This device has features such as Smart Image Matting, AI Portrait Retouching, and AI Eraser. The device was even featured in SEVENTEEN’s 'Cheers to Youth (청춘찬가)' MV on YouTube.

This time, BSS will be showcasing the upcoming OPPO Reno12 Series 5G in a series of exclusive videos.

As BSS (SEVENTEEN) is one of the first to have a hands-on experience with the revolutionary smartphone series, fans will be able to look forward to sharing their impressions of OPPO’s AI Phone. This will be followed by a series of videos that will feature them highlighting the mighty functions of the OPPO Reno12 Series 5G, the tech company said.

The OPPO Reno12 Series 5G has a Futuristic Fluid Design and packs GenAI features, such as AI Eraser 2.0, and AI Studio.

To mark the release of the latest smartphone on July 12, OPPO said those who will purchase the OPPO Reno12 5G or OPPO Reno12 Pro 5G will have a chance to receive a limited-edition BSS Souvenir box or BSS postcards.
