OPPO Reno12 F Harry Potter Edition launched in Peru with Wizardry themed design and accessories

In Peru, OPPO has introduced a special edition of the Reno12 F themed by the Wizarding World of Harry Potter through a local Telecom partner.

A magical collaboration?

The OPPO Reno 12F arrived in the Philippines in August 2024. It features a 6.67-inch AGC DT-Star2 protected Flat OLED screen with a 2,400 x 1,080 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Inside the phone is the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor, Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, microSD card expansion, and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging via USB-C.

At the back of the phone are the 50MP f/1.8 main camera, 8MP f/2.2 112-degree ultra-wide angle camera and the 2MP f/2.4 macro camera with an LED Flash. While in front is the 32MP f/2.4 selfie camera with AutoFocus.

Other features include Android 14-based ColorOS 14, WiFi 6, 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.3 LE, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, dual NanoSIM, in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers and IP64 water and dust resistance rating.

The new special edition phone features a Harry Potter-themed design, accessories, and packaging. The box resembles a spell book, and the inclusions include a wand-like stylus, a protective case, a golden Snitch keychain, and a Deathly Hallows-themed SIM ejector tool.

Included in the box are a Hogwarts acceptance letter and an engraving of the Hogwarts coat of arms on the back of the phone.
