Xiaomi unveils Smart Band 9 Pro and Active in PH, starts at PHP 1,199

Xiaomi unveils the Smart Band 9 Pro and Band 9 Active in the Philippines as its latest budget wearables.

New affordable Smart Bands from Xiaomi

Starting with the Pro variant. It comes with the same rectangular design but with an improved aluminum alloy body which measures a 2.2mm quad bezel.

Another difference is the new 4 leather wristbands available in Pink, Purple, Orange, and Blue.

In front, this uses a 1.74-inch 2.5D curved AMOLED screen with 480 x3 36 resolution, and 2,000 nits of peak brightness.

Smart Band 9 Pro straps

The band Pro combines high-precision sensors and new self-developed heart rate algorithms that claim to have an accuracy of 98 percent similar to the base variant. It also offers an upgraded sleep algorithm that provides deeper insights and can monitor oxygen and stress throughout the day.

Moreover, the Xiaomi Band 9 Pro comes with precise GNSS location, more than 150 training modes, and even professional swimming and running modes.

There's also 5ATM water resistance and a battery life reaching up to 21 days.

Smart Band 9 Active

Moving forward, the Smart Band 9 Active is specifically made for athletes or as the name suggests users with an "active lifestyle".

This is also a more budget-friendly version as it uses a slightly smaller 1.47-inch TFT screen with a 60Hz refresh rate.

It also comes with stylish TPU straps available in Pink, Yellow, Gray, White, and Black. There's also a unique Luminous strap that absorbs light during the day and glows in the dark making it ideal for evening runs.

Similarly, it also offers all-day health tracking with its heart rate monitoring, SpO2, sleep, stress, and women's health tracker.

There are 50 sports modes available and it also has 5ATM water resistance so you can use it during swimming sessions.

Furthermore, the watch can last up to 18 days of normal use and 9 days for heavy use.
