A team of global experts has developed and introduced a mobile app called NoneAway, an AI-powered platform designed to make property buying, selling, and renting safer, and simpler.

By combining AI technology with real estate expertise, the platform aims to empower Filipino buyers, sellers, and professionals to make informed decisions and navigate the market with confidence.

NoneAway's name comes from the term "one-away," used by licensed brokers to refer to the unlicensed "middleman" in real estate. In line with this, NoneAway also wants to eliminate the reported 120,000 illegitimate agents and create a safer space for users to find their next place.

NoneAway is supported by leading investors, including Forge Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, Kaya Founders Ventures, and Vulpes, who have supported the platform with over USD 1 million in pre-seed funding.
