POCO M7 Pro 5G announced: Dimensity 7025 Ultra, 50MP Sony LYT-600, IP64 rating

POCO announced the M7 Pro 5G packed with a lot of upgrades.

Among the notable changes are the two designs featuring a clean finish on the left and and marble print on the right side. For the upper part area, you can spot the square camera island housing the two sensors. In terms of colors, you can choose between Lunar Dust, Lavender Frost, and Olive Twilight.

In front, it uses a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2100 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The features

Inside, it sports the 2.5GHz 6nm Dimensity 7025-Ultra octa-core chip with IMG BXM-8-256 GPU, 6GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB/256GB UFS 2.2 storage, 5,110mAh battery with 45W fast charging.

For cameras, it has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main shooter + 2MP depth helper + LED flash. While on the selfie side, it has a 20MP front shooter.

Other features noted are a 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res audio certified, and IP64 dust and water resistance.

Connectivity features are 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFI (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs Android 14 with HyperOS.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

POCO M7 Pro 5G 6GB/128GB - INR 14,999 (around PHP 10.4K)

POCO M7 Pro 5G 8GB/256GB - INR 16,999 (around PHP 11.8K)

It can now be ordered in India through Flipkart starting December 20. No word yet for a PH release though so you will have to stay tuned with us for more updates.
