Top spenders get rewarded with Grab

Grab rolled out a new programme that recognizes top spending users who rely on Grab from users in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. It is now in Beta for Singapore and Vietnam.

The service is FREE and is awarded to users every quarter based on their total spending with Grab services from the previous quarter. Users who meet the minimum spending requirement across all Grab services such as Food, Mart, Express, and/or Transport will be upgraded to VIP status in the following quarter. In the Philippines, the current minimum amount to spend is PHP 49,000. 

VIP Status customers can retain their status by continuously meeting the same spending requirement each quarter. 

• 1st Quarter - January 1 to March 31
• 2nd Quarter - April 1 to June 30
• 3rd Quarter - July 1 to September 30
• 4th Quarter - October 1 to December 31

Users can track their progress via the tracker found on their Accounts or Profile Page. 

Once users qualify for GrabVIP, they will be notified via in-app notification and e-mail.

As mentioned above, GrabVIP users enjoy priority delivery and enhanced customer support. This means users get FREE upgrades from standard delivery to priority delivery. They also get priority support whenever they need assistance. If they encounter an issue or if they have questions or requests, it will be handled faster.

GrabVIP is one of the brand's many initiatives to provide users with more rewarding experiences. This initiative began in 2023 with the introduction of GrabUnlimited.
