#ICYMI: You can still pre-order the vivo V50 5G in PH until March 14

In case you missed it, the new vivo V50 5G is still available for pre-order in the Philippines.

Basically, pre-orders are open until March 14, 2025 via the vivo website, Shopee, and Lazada.

The vivo V50 5G in PH is available in Ancora Red, Satin Black, and Mist Purple colorways. It comes with a body boasting a SGS Five-Star Overall Unit Drop Resistance Certification and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance.

The display of the phone is a 6.77-inch Quad Curved AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The company said that it uses "Shield Glass" to protect its panel.

For specs, it uses the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, up to 12GB RAM (up to 24GB Extended RAM), up to 512GB non-expandable storage, and an upgraded 6,000mAh capacity with 4 years battery health.

vivo claims that it can last up to 21 hours of YouTube playback and up to 9.5 hours of PUBG gaming. 

For charging, it has a USB-C port supporting the 90W FlashCharge. According to the firm, 10 minutes of charge from 1 percent using this tech is equivalent to up to 6 hours of talk time.

 

The cameras are still in partnership with ZEISS. It uses a 50MP  1/1.55-inch f/1.88 with OIS + 50MP f/2.0 119.4-degree ultra-wide-angle camera with AF + LED flash + AI Aura Light Portrait 2.0.

The new "Aura Light" promises up to 100 percent expanded light-emitting area with softer light.

In front, it has a 50MP 94-degree camera with AF.

This phone can record up to 4K video as well.

Lastly, vivo claims that the phone has "5-Year Smooth Experience".
