The device is called Smart 5G Max Turbo WiFi - H153, a rebadged PLDT Prepaid Home WiFi 5G+.

Key features of the Smart 5G Max Turbo WiFi 

The device features the same tall and boxy body with a dual-band WiFi 6 AX300 modem with built-in antenna that supports 5G and 4G networks. It can wirelessly connect up to 15 devices. It also has 1x 1G LAN/WAN port and a 12V/2A DC & LAN cable.

This is a plug and play device powered by Smart 5G Max.
