#ICYMI: Infinix NOTE 50x 5G+ launched: Dimensity 7300 Ultimate, 120Hz screen, and 50MP dual rear cameras

The fourth member of the NOTE 50 series, the Infinix Note 50x with Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC, 120Hz screen, and a 5,500mAh battery is now official.

Affordable 5G NOTE 50 variant?

The new variant looks similar to the rest with its Gem-cut camera module and Halo Lighting. It comes in enhanted purple, sea-breeze green, or titanium grey. The Body is IP64 dust and water resistance rated and is MIL-STD 810H military grade certified for extreme temperatures, humidity, vibration, shock, and altitude.

The phone comes with a 6.67-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 672 nits peak brightness.

Inside is the Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC, a Mali-G615 GPU, and 6GB/8GB RAM. The storage was not indicated on the website. Powering the phone is a large 5,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging. The charger is included in the box. Infinix guarantees over 2300+ charging cycles. It also has Bypass Charging and wired reverse charging.

At the back is a 50MP f/1.6 main camera with dual LED flash, while in front is an 8MP selfie camera with a dedicated front flash.


Other features include Hi-Res Stereo Speakers and an IR blaster. Running the show is Android 15-based XOS15 with new AI features such as a wallpaper generator, a writing assistant, an in-house voice assistant named Folax, and Google Circle to Search.

Infinix is promising 90 FPS gaming and a 750K+ AnTuTu score.

We will have to wait for official devices to hit the market to identify the other unmentioned specs and features.

As of this article's writing, there is no word yet on availability and pricing for the Philippine market.
