Global HUAWEI Pura 80 Series to launch on July 10, 2025

Tech giant HUAWEI today confirmed that the Pura 80 Series will officially launch globally soon.

In particular, the device will launch in Dubai on July 10, 2025.

Based on the teaser, the Pura 80 Series will include the much-hyped Pura 80 Ultra.

If it is similar to the Chinese variant, the Pura 80 Ultra will feature some of the strongest camera specs on a phone in the world.

This handset features a 1-inch 50MP RYYB primary camera with its variable aperture lens technology that can do f/1.6 to 4.0 snaps with TCG triple-real-time fusion technology, which increases the dynamic range to the highest 16EV.

It is paired with a switchable tele lens with a large 1/1.28-inch sensor size. It has two periscope lenses in one. It can do an optical 3.7x and 9.4x zoom. HUAWEI claims that this is the largest telephoto camera in the industry.

Other specs of the phone include 16GB RAM, 512GB or 1TB internal storage, and a large 5,700mAh battery capacity paired with USB-C 100W fast charging and 80W wireless charging.

It runs with HarmonyOS Next out of the box.

Other members of the Pura 80 Series include the Pura 80 Pro and Pura 80 Pro+.

There is no word if these phones will be launched in the Philippines yet. But chances are now higher than ever.
