realme C73 5G launched: ArmorShell protection, Dimensity 6300, and 6,000mAh battery

realme introduced a new 5G entry-level phone in the form realme C73 5G.

A new budget durable device

The phone boasts a familiar design with a clean back finish. It is available in Black, Purple, or Green colorways and features ArmorSell Protection for drop resistance and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. Furthermore, the device has MIL-STD-810H military grade shock resistance certification.

In front, it uses a 6.67-inch LCD (IPS) screen with 1604 x 720 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Inside, it is equipped with a 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core chip with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is also paired with 4GB + 8GB dynamic RAM and 64GB/128GB UFS 2.2 storage.

For battery, the phone uses a 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.

Camera-wise, it has a 32MP f/1.8 main sensor + secondary camera likely for depth + LED flash. At the front, the phone has an 8MP f/2.0 sensor for selfies and video calls.

Other features are an ultra-linear speaker with up to 300 percent volume.

Connectivity features are WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), 5G, 4G, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and dual SIM.

For OS, the phone runs on Android 15 with realme UI 6.0 skin on top.

India price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

realme C73 5G 4GB/128GB - INR 11,499 (around PHP 7,499)

The phone is currently available only in India. No word yet for other markets at the moment.
