OPPO K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro launched: 120Hz 6.8-inch Flat OLED, powerful 4nm chips, and cooling fan

After the teaser, OPPO finally revealed its gaming-focused smartphones under the K13 Turbo Series.

OPPO enters the gaming phone market

The phones arrived with identical colorways available in Purple, Black, and White. If you noticed the LED lights on one of the camera rings, that’s what makes these devices special—beneath them is a dedicated cooling fan to prevent the phones from overheating.

Another highlight is the triple IP rating of IPX6/X8/X9 despite having a built-in cooling fan inside.

In front, the phones are using a 6.8-inch flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1,600 nits of peak brightness.

The phones differ from the processor department. The base model OPPO K13 Turbo uses a 3.25GHz 4nm Dimensity 8450 chip with Mali-G720 MC7 GPU.

On the other hand, the K13 Turbo Pro uses a 3.2GHz 4nm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip with Adreno GPU.

The K13 Turbo Pro features

The chips are paired with 12GB/16GB LPDDR5X RAM with 256 GB/512GB/1TB and up to UFS 3.1 or 4.0 storage, depending on the model.

For batteries, the phones are equipped with a large 7,000mAh paired with USB-C 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging.

The device is also equipped with a 50MP f/1.8 main shooter paired with a 2MP f/2.4 depth helper and an LED flash. Taking selfies and video calls is handled by the 16MP front camera.

Other features mentioned are stereo speakers, plus on top of the built-in cooling fan, you can also pair it with an "optional" Magnetic cooler to further optimize the gaming performance by maintaining the temperature low.

Connectivity features are WiFi 6 (2.4GHz/5GHz), 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, and dual SIM.

For OS, the phones run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15 skin on top.
