Personalizing telco experience

Telco giant Smart Communications, Inc. has launched KiQ (pronounced "kick"), the Philippines' first fully app-based service. This new service offers a personalized digital telco experience targeting the Gen Z market.

The platform uses a Slider Interface, allowing subscribers to choose their data allocation, choose whether to have calls and texts, and choose the length of their plan validity to match their lifestyles. Users can also choose their number.

With KiQ, we’re giving them a mobile experience that puts them in full control — no wasted data, no unnecessary add-ons, just total freedom and flexibility. This is what the future of mobile looks like, said Smart Chief Operating Officer Anastacio Martirez.

To start using KiQ:

Download the KiQ App on Google Play Store and the Apple App Store
Purchase a KiQ eSIM for PHP 99

  4. KiQ actually sounds pretty interesting, especially the idea of customizing your own plan with sliders instead of fixed packages. That kind of flexibility feels perfect for Gen Z users who want more control over what they pay for. I was reading about it while taking a quick break on SoundButtonsPro.net, and it definitely feels like mobile services are evolving fast.
