OPPO celebrates 5th Service Day anniversary with games, freebies, and big discounts

OPPO Philippines unveiled a series of promotions for the fifth anniversary of its OPPO Service Day, scheduled to run from October 10-17, 2025.

A week of true service to valuable customers

The event, which the company states began as a customer appreciation initiative, is now a regular monthly occurrence from the 10th to the 12th. The anniversary celebration will extend the activities across eight days at OPPO Service Centers nationwide.

Online Activities and Contests

According to the announcement, customers can participate in two online activities for a chance to win prizes.

Guess the Mystery Emoji

The "Guess the Mystery Emoji" contest will be held on the OPPO Care-PH Facebook page. Participants who correctly identify the featured emoji can win a mini portable fan, redeemable at any OPPO Service Center without requiring a repair transaction.

OPPO Share Your O-Moment

A separate "Share Your O-Moment" activity invites customers to post their Service Day stories online. Prizes include OPPO Enco Air 3 Pro, OPPO Enco Air 4 Pro, OPPO Pad Neo, and food e-vouchers. Ten winners will be selected, with the announcement scheduled for October 24.

In-Store Offers and Services

During the anniversary period, customers who avail of repair services will receive a complimentary 2-in-1 pillow, subject to availability. The company is also offering a 10 percent discount on several services and products, including screen and motherboard repairs, battery replacements, OPPO accessories, IoT devices, OPPO Protection Plan products, and the Ollie Elemental Set.

Additional in-store benefits include waived labor fees, free software upgrades, complimentary phone cleaning, and refreshments.
