The world's No.1 dentist-recommended toothbrush brand brings two of its latest affordable rechargeable electric toothbrushes to the Philippines.

New Era of Cleaning Your Teeth

Launched globally earlier this year, these budget-friendly and innovative rechargeable electric toothbrushes feature the premium iO magnetic drive technology for Filipino consumers. The brand is promising up to 100 percent more plaque removal and healthier gums when compared to manual brushing.

The proprietary iO magnetic drive combines oscillating-rotating motion with micro-vibrations for frictionless and gentle dental cleaning. Oral-B is claiming that clinical studies have confirmed that the iO series removes 400 to 500 percent more plaque along the gumline while being quieter and smoother than traditional manual tooth brushes.

Both the iO2 and iO3 share the following features: 

1. Built-in 2-minute timer with quadrant pacing - It guides the users through dentist-recommended brushing zones with 30-second vibrations, ensuring even coverage.
2. Pressure sensor - Alerts users when they apply excessive force, which results in reduced risk of enamel wear or gum recession. 
3. Quiet Operation - the toothbrushes operate at volumes below 70dBs
4. Universal charger - The iO series uses a standard plug which are compatible with Philippine outlets. It should fully charge the toothbrushes in 16 to 24 hours.

The Oral-B iO2 is advertised to be designed for manual brush users, and it eases them in switching to electric toothbrushes with its milder linear pulse drive motor. It features Single Daily Clean Mode, Basic Pressure Indicator, 600mAh battery, and is compact and lightweight at 1.2 lbs.

While the Oral-B iO3 features the frictionless magnetic motor that promises a more dynamic and dentist-like clean. It has three cleaning modes (including daily cleaning, sensitive, and whitening), an Advanced Interactive Light Ring (that glows green for perfect pressure, red for excessive pressure, and white for lacking pressure), an On-handle display, and a 750mAh battery.
