Upgraded camera beast
The base model X300 features 5 colorways: Black, Blue, Red, Purple, and Pink. It also carries IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance for protection against dirt and water.
In front, it has a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED with 1-120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K 2640 x 1216 resolution, 4,500 nits peak brightness, and Armor Glass protection.

Inside, it uses a 4.21GHz 3nm Dimensity 9500 octa-core chip with Arm G1-Ultra GPU paired with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB UFS 4.1 storage.
The battery uses 6,040mAh with USB-C 90W ultra-fast charge, 40W wireless charging support.
In the camera department, the vivo X300 uses a 200MP f/1.68 1/1.4-inch Samsung HPB sensor + 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera + 50MP 1/1.95-inch Sony LYT 602 3x periscope telephoto, and telemacro support.
The sensors also have ZIESS T* coating, ZEISS optics, and a V3+ imaging chip.
On the selfie side, it has a 50MP f/2.0 shooter.
Other features are stereo speakers and Hi-Fi audio support.
Connectivity-wise, it has a WiFi 7, 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, L1+L5, NFC, and dual SIM support.
For OS, the phone runs Android 16 with Origin OS 6.0 skin on top.

It is now available for pre-order, while the sale begins in China on October 17. No word yet for the PH market at the moment.
